IT Support Engineer

- Resource must have experience working in Manufacturing Environment, with QC, Documentation, GMP, and relevant industry experience.Flexibility in supporting a 24-7 manufacturing environment
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users by responding to helpdesk tickets, emails, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems, both on-site and remotely.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes, patterns, and trends to prevent future technical issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Create and update documentation of standard operating procedures, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in IT projects, initiatives, and upgrades, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Maintain inventory and track IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role, providing technical support to end-users.
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant line of work
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity applications (Microsoft Office, G Suite).
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with network protocols, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and other networking concepts.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Exchange, and other server applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Comfortable with learning and following cleanroom behavior and aseptic gowning procedures
